BECOME A DEALER

When:
Monday - Friday • 11AM-9PM (shifts)
Full training classes run 4-6 weeks, depending on the class size.

How many students are in a class:
Classes run with as may as 12 students per class, up to two classes per day.

Where:
The Queen Baton Rouge, inside Oak Room (school is set up inside the meeting space for students to have hands on learning experience)

Where can they work:
We are training our dealers for Full, Part and On-Call Positions for The Queen Baton Rouge and the Belle of Baton Rouge.

What students learn:
The school is teaching Blackjack (both Shoe and ‘Pitch’), Cajun Stud, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold Em. After they pass school and become existing dealers, they will be able to learn Roulette and Craps.

What are the benefits of attending The Queen Dealer school?:
Dealers will get paid their hourly rate ($10/hr) while going through school. Licensing fees are paid by the casino, and, once the dealer is trained, they earn an hourly wage and tips. We are always looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our dealer team! Dealer positions are available for team oriented, guest service centric, excited Team Members to join our workforce.
